From July 17 to 19, the 2024 Precision Gear Grinding Technology Seminar was successfully held in Nanjing, Jiangsu. The event was organized by the Gear Transmission All-Media Service Platform and co-hosted by Nanjing Kerun Industrial Fluids Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Kangni Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., with support from Nanjing High-Precision Gear Group Co., Ltd. This seminar aimed to create a platform for exchanging ideas, sharing experiences, and exploring collaboration to jointly promote innovation in gear grinding technology. Over 250 participants from related companies in the gear grinding field attended this grand event.
As one of the co-hosts of the conference, Ms. Nie Xiaolin, Chairwoman of Nanjing Kerun, delivered an enthusiastic speech, extending a sincere welcome to the attending leaders and guests and warmly congratulating everyone on the successful convening of the seminar. Mr. Wang Xuesong, General Manager of Nanjing Kerun’s Machining Products Line, was invited by the organizer, the Gear Transmission platform, to chair the industry meeting on the afternoon of the 18th. Ms. Zhang Hongcan, Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Kerun’s Technical Center, addressed the challenges of grinding gears in the emerging fields of new energy vehicles and wind power. She covered five key areas: the challenges of grinding new energy gears, the role and value of grinding oils, core research findings on grinding oils, application cases of Kerun’s grinding oils, and the development trends in grinding oil technology. Her presentation on “Precision Grinding Solutions for New Energy Gears” garnered significant attention from the attendees.

Additionally, Nanjing Kerun set up an exhibition table at the conference, showcasing products such as grinding oils, cleaning agents, rust inhibitors, and a model of the chip central processing system. The display successfully attracted the attention of many participants, who stopped by to engage in discussions and exchanges with the staff.

After the conference, the participants visited Nanjing Kerun’s Intelligent Manufacturing Base. With this visit, the conference successfully completed all scheduled agendas and concluded with great success.
