Degreasing, brightening, and nano-protection are achieved simultaneously in one process, eliminating the need for traditional acid cleaning and significantly reducing overall costs. -

The product delivers excellent cleaning efficiency at only 40°C and is perfectly compatible with 4 MPa high-pressure spray systems, reducing energy consumption and preventing foam overflow. -
Alkaline & Eco-Friendly Formula:
Replacing traditional acid cleaning processes, it provides zero equipment corrosion, easier wastewater treatment, and better alignment with green manufacturing trends.
While achieving superior cleaning performance, the product can also form a dense in-situ nano protective film on aluminum surfaces, effectively eliminating mold growth and discoloration during production transfer. Meanwhile, it does not affect subsequent coating or electroplating processes.

During validation on an ADC12 aluminum alloy timing cover production line of a leading automotive manufacturer, Kerun’s solution successfully addressed issues including surface stains, water marks, and high rework rates caused by the original process.
After implementation, the component surfaces achieved a uniform high-gloss finish, completely eliminating mold spots and discoloration, while reaching a 100% first-pass yield, significantly improving production efficiency.
