  1. Fluid Purification and Regeneration Equipment

    This is the “regeneration factory” for fluids. Through combined processes such as precision filtration, centrifugal separation, and adsorption purification, accumulated contaminants such as oil, metal particles, and impurity ions in fluids are removed online or offline. This system effectively restores the cleanliness and key performance of fluids, extending their service life by several times. This means one purchase of fluid can deliver multiple uses, directly drastically reducing the procurement of new fluid and the generation of waste fluid.

  2. Fluid Intelligent Monitoring Equipment

    This is the “health steward” for fluids. The online monitoring system enables visual, systematic, and data-driven management, realizing real-time monitoring of on-site processing oil and fluid performance, and assisting on-site engineering technicians in operation and maintenance decisions. It improves users’ experience in using processing oil and fluid, eases the difficulty of operation and maintenance, and enhances the quality of users’ processed products.

    After installing the centralized filtration and purification system for grinding fluid, the tank fluid replacement cycle was extended from half a year to more than 4 years, waste fluid discharge was reduced to zero, and raw fluid consumption decreased by more than 35%.

  • A leading auto parts manufacturer

    With the deployment of chip centralized treatment systems and cutting fluid regeneration equipment, the plant’s oil-containing metal chips are treated harmlessly. Waste oil and fluid from briquetting are filtered and purified by cutting fluid regeneration equipment for secondary use, reducing the enterprise’s operating costs and environmental protection pressure.
