Bearing-Specific Quenching Oil KR468G

KERUN has conducted in-depth research on two major challenges in bearing heat treatment—deformation and brightness—over years of service to the bearing industry. Based on this research, we specifically developed KR468G, a quenching oil tailored for bearings. This specialized oil is designed for quenching various types of inner and outer bearing rings, effectively minimizing ovality changes during the quenching and cooling process and maintaining excellent surface brightness.

Advantages

Short Vapor Film Phase, Fast High-Temperature Cooling Rate, and Slower Low-Temperature Cooling Rate: This enables bearing rings to achieve high and uniform surface hardness and sufficient hardening depth while effectively controlling quenching deformation. | Good Thermal Oxidation Stability: Maintains long-term stable cooling characteristics and has a long service life. | Bright Finish, Low Oil Carry-Off, and Low Usage Cost.
