Ultra-fast Quenching oil KR108

When conventional quenching oils are used for thick, large-sized workpieces or components with poor hardenability, problems such as soft spots, insufficient hardness, and inadequate case hardening depth may often occur. KERUN® KR108 Super Quenching Oil features a faster cooling rate than comparable quenching oils, effectively preventing these issues and achieving high, uniform surface hardness with sufficient hardening depth.

Product Details

Advantages

● Short vapor blanket stage, with fast cooling rates in the high- and medium-temperature stages and an appropriate cooling rate at the low-temperature stage;
● For medium and large-sized workpieces, it achieves high and uniform surface hardness with sufficient hardening depth while effectively controlling quenching distortion;
● Excellent thermal oxidation stability, ensuring a long service life;
● Stable performance, low oil drag-out loss, and reduced operating costs.
